About Parts Monster

Parts Monster was formed in May 2006 originally operating from a home office and a small eBay shop offering just a few choices of Car Parts and Accessories. Within a few months the small shop had developed into a large, branded shop offering over 150 products from Wheel Bolts to Wiper Blades. We have since moved to larger premises to cater for our customers growing needs, our ever growing website and our product choices.

As a company we understand the importance and value of customer service, therefore we constantly look to improve the service that we offer both online and direct to our sales office. We hope to satisfy all of our customers needs but understand that we need your feedback to do this, so please send us your comments via the contact us page, whether they are good or bad.
