Delivery Schedule
Wherever possible we will ship orders received before 4pm on the day of ordering, however we cannot guarantee this. If your delivery is urgent we recommended you contact us to arrange a suitable delivery method.
Out of Stock
If an item you want is out of stock, you can place a back order by giving us your name and email address. We will contact you when the item is back in stock.
Tax Charges
All orders will be subject to VAT at 15%. A VAT invoice will be provided with your goods.

For your protection all credit/debit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
Guarantee
Our standard warranty is 1 year return to manufacturer. This means that in the unlikely event of a problem you will need to return the product to us. Contact us for a returns number and to obtain the correct address. You the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we, the supplier will be responsible for the cost of returning them to you.

Parts Monster does not disclose your information to third parties other than to fulfil orders. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses. Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy
We strive to provide the highest levels of customer service, however Parts Monster cannot accept returned goods if:
The goods have been physically damaged by the buyer.
The goods are found not to have been sold to the Customer by the Company.
The goods are outside the warranty limit.
The goods do not have a corresponding returns number displayed clearly on the item(s) packaging.
A returns number must be obtained before any item is sent back to Parts Monster. To obtain a returns number please contact us by email at sales@partsmonster.co.uk.
The Buyer must inspect all goods on arrival as any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Upon return of goods found to be faulty we will:
Return a working replacement within 14 days of receiving the goods. If, after 14 days, a replacement cannot be sent for whatever reason, a full refund will be given, if requested, at the current market value of the item.
Except as may be implied by law where the buyer is dealing as a consumer, in event of any breach of these Conditions by Parts Monster the remedies of the buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods and Parts Monster shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you may cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of your goods. Should you wish to do so you must notify us in writing within the 7 day period. You will be responsible for the cost of returning all goods us at our address below and your carriage will not be refunded. The goods and packaging must be complete and exactly as new. If goods are not as new no refund will be made.
